Spring has arrived on the idyllic island of Gotland and Louise Collins is there to plan the construction of a new luxury hotel in the small harbor town of Katthammarsvik. At the same time, she has managed to persuade her sister Lina to leave the stress of Stockholm to celebrate Easter with her on the island.

In the same village lives newly moved in lifestyle blogger Malin together with her boyfriend Sigge. The idea was that they would start over in this place, but Malin feels more and more haunted and soon she realizes that the house they bought contains a dark history.

When Malin and Lina meet at Katthammarsvik's smokehouse, Lina is tasked with finding out who is threatening Malin. But the truth is darker than any of them could have imagined...
